요추의 다발성 신경 협착을 척추 내시경을 이용, 성공적 치료를 위한 최신 수술 방법

안양윌스기념병원 척추센터 김지연 원장(신경외과 전문의)의 논문이 

SCIE급 국제학술지인 Acta Neurochirurgica에 게재되었습니다.

 

김지연 원장은 척추 내시경을 이용해 요추의 다발성 신경 협착을 안전하고 효율적으로 치료할 수 있다는 내용인 

'Contralateral sublaminar approach for decompression of the combined lateral recess, foraminal, and extraforaminal lesions using biportal endoscopy: a technical report'을 발표했습니다.

 

김지연 원장 연구팀은 기존의 나사못 고정 수술을 진행하지 않고도 추간공을 포함한 다발성 요추 협착 및 추간판 탈출증을 치료할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었습니다.
